Training Day #2

Today is an "off" day for training. That just means that I'm going to exercise, but not as intense. I decided to hit the treadmill for a modified session.

Stretches
5 Minute warm up
Jog/walk alternating for 10 minutes
5 minute cool down
Crunches
Weights
Stretches
