5K Training Week #1
Week One's Training goes like this:
3 Training Days = S/5/60/90/5
- Stretch
- 5 Minute Brisk Walk Warm-up
- Alternating for 20 Minutes
* Jog for 60 seconds
* Walk for 90 seconds
- 5 Minute Cool Down
Labels: Couch to 5K
