Snippets of Sunday
What a beautiful day it is. Praise the Lord for that!
- Breakfast = bowl of raisin bran with 1% milk
- Snack = 4 crackers with sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups of coffee with no-fat cream
- 2 bottles of water
- Lunch = Salad surprise... lettuce, cottage cheese, grape tomatoes, fresh pickle slices (not dill), carrot chunks, radish, raisins, and sunflower seeds with a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Working on another bottle of water
- Sipping a Jolt Ultra (shame shame I know)
Doing some flower planting today.
