I love Fridays!!!

Breakfast: veggie, bacon, cheese omlet.

Water: 1 bottle, working on another. Another bottle with lunch.

Pills: thinking about it.

Coffee: not yet.

Lunch: chicken and vegetables w/fettucini cooked in garlic olive oil. Alfredo on the side. 3 bites of chocolate cake.

Snack:

Dinner:

Exercise: 2 trips to the 3rd floor... up the steps with a spring in my step!

How I'm feeling

Morning - still proud of myself for having a good workout last night. Got to work early today and hope to finish up early too!

Afternoon - FULL from lunch. Good food, but heavy. That was what was being served as the celebration special for the docs.
