What's New Pig Kickers?!

Breakfast: The milk is sour this morning. I think we seriously need to check the refridgerator temperature because Keith's milk spoiled quickly too. So, what to have for breakfast... Hmmm... I have been known to eat cereal with water. I'm thinking about it. The winner is - Honey Bunches of Oats with water. I know - it doesn't sound so good. Don't knock it until you've tried it. You'd be amazed how much you don't need the milk. It just needs to be wet, not drowned in liquid.

Coffee: Going to a coffee seminar this morning. Holding out for that. A few tastes of Espresso. (not my bag) Tall (aka small) white chocolate mocha with no fat milk and light whip. YUM-O!

Water: 1 1/2 large glasses at lunch.

Pills: Yes.

Lunch: half of a buffalo chicken flat bread sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and bleu cheese dressing, a few french fries, and a handful of zuccini fries. (new favorite -- zuccini fries!)

Snack: None.

Dinner: Chicken & Rice with vegetables.

Exercise: Stretches, few warm-up & cool down laps, 20 minutes on stationary bike "rolling hills" level 2, some weight training too.

How I'm Feeling

1. Morning: Annoyed about the milk situation. Proud because Keith looks so professional and will be presenting the coffee seminar. This one is focused on equipment.

2. Afternoon: blah blah blah.

3. Evening: A little sore and a little tired after a good workout. Ready to hit the sack.

Way to go on the lose of 1.5 pounds! (I wrote weigh first, how appropriate). Very proud of you and Keith too on doing the coffee seminar.
