Morning. I'm feeling rather BLAH today. Ugh.
Breakfast: Vanilla yogurt with a sprinkle of walnuts.
Vitamin: YES, and aspirin too.
Water: 6 oz. with vitamin
Coffee: half a cup so far with no-fat cream
Snack:

Exercise:
Dinner:
Jumping on the "Kick The Pig" wagon. Mostly it's about losing weight, but really it's about living a healthier lifestyle.
