Mid-week Madness

FRUIT AND VEGGIE CHALLENGE IN PROCESS
Breakfast - Raisin Bran with skim milk
Coffee - not yet - need to brew some
Water - thinking about it - What happened to drinking some on the way to work?
Lunch - baked sweet potato
Snack - Glass of juice.
Dinner - shrimp
Exercise - Up the steps to the 3rd floor x2
Notes - I really need to get some fruits and veggies in the house!
