Morning Pig Kickers

Breakfast: Raisin Bran with 1% milk

Water: 1 bottle and working on a glass

Pills: yes (good girl)

Coffee: 1 cup with non-dairy cream (Ahhh!!! I'm so convicted when I drink non-dairy!)
2 cups of hot tea with cream and sugar at lunch.

Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with bleu cheese dressing (dipped)

Snack: 1 little cookie and 1 piece of candy

Dinner: left over chicken rice casserole with extra veggies

Exercise: Three flights of steps x3

How I'm Feeling -

Morning: SORE all over. Hmm... could be the weather and could be the exercise. I'm figuring it's a little of both. Feeling okay though and ready to get the day on the road.

Afternoon: Need motivation. I'm going to drink some water in hopes of finding that. Headache arrived on the way to work. Still lingering despite Tylenol.

Evening: Rushed. Just squeezed in a quick dinner and now on our way to a new class at church.

Challenge for today... Undecided thus far. How about - try not to get stressed out?
