Yesterday... I'm making progress!

I'm patting myself on the back this morning as I review yesterday's nutritional goals... I came in under the wire on all of them!!! Total calories, carbs, protiens, and fat. YIPPIE!!! Patting myself on the back.

I made homemade beef vegetable soup... made with lean beef, low sodium broth, and lots of vegetables... that helped!

Now if I would just kick myself onto the treadmill!
