Ditto... more of the same.
Mentally I'm drained. Just when I'm stressed with deadlines I get some really disturbing news from my long time friend and it's very sad. I'm trying to keep myself poised.
Breakfast - oatmeal with a sprinkle of brown sugar and a splash of 2%
Pills - yes
Water - working on it
Snack - Hmm... I better eat the rest of that fresh pinapple
