Sing it with me.... I'm Back In The Saddle Again
Breakfast: Yogurt with walnuts
Coffee: 1 cup so far with half & half
Water: 3 - 20 oz. bottles of Dasani and another 20 oz. glass with lunch
Snack: mini carrots
Lunch: small stromboli with sauce -- where is my head?
Exercise: not much. walking back and forth and up and down steps.
Dinner: bowl of Special K with 1% milk
