Fresh Week
Breakfast - 1 cinnamon waffle
Coffee - 2 cups with no fat cream
Water - hmmm... slackin there
Lunch - 1 1/2 c. leftover healthy homemade chili garnished with cheese. 1/2 c. of "special salad"
Special salad: (one of my odd concoctions) grape tomatoes, green grapes, mini carrots, snow peas, and red cabbage -- chopped into little pieces - with homemade balsamic vinegret.
